How To Draw Anything, by Mark Linley. Quite possibly out of print, published by the Clarion Press, in ..... oh dear: Roman numerals; um....MCMXCV. I'm not very good at those, but - t'was a while ago. An edition was also published by Eliot Right Way Books. You might be able to find it in a second-hand bookshop - there might even be a new edition. It's basic and straightforward, which may be just what you need. I still find it useful (when I can find it: sorry it took so long to dig it out).
Still available: https://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Draw-Anything-Mark-Linley/dp/0716022230
