You can get away with a slight hint of teeth, but even these need to be in shadow preferably.

Argh…every pic I have of him he has a big grin.  Ok….next practise closed..mouth…just a hint.of his daffy grin. He did it on purpose.  ALWAYS. I know, a MASK.
