I’m having a sort-out and was excited to find some boxes of Karisma colouring pencils including a 108 box which looks like it hasn’t been used.
Can’t decide whether to use them or sell them. I expect they might be worth something if they are loved and missed. They are probably 20 years old but would age have changed them?
I have a couple of smaller boxes that are used so I might have a play and see whether I’m likely to use them.
I actually haven’t done any drawing or painting for years.

You're lucky, either way. These were very good pencils, and I doubt that age will have affected them at all. I don't know why they stopped making them, but in an early morning revolutionary mood, I'll just blame capitalism.........
If I had them, I'd certainly want to use them: I don't know of anything on the market currently which really compares. Because I have a mind so weird I don't understand it myself, I'd only really want to use materials I knew I could get hold of again..... told you I was weird. But they do have a monetary value - coloured pencil enthusiasts would certainly buy them. I'm not really in a position to, because I've just spent over £100 on paint, and need to replenish other stocks too, but if you advertise them, with a tempting photograph, I'm sure you'd find a buyer.
I hope you use them yourself, though - it'd be a great way to get back into making pictures.

I used to use this product, actually it's quite good. But perhaps it requires skill to make the best use of it. Otherwise you will not be able to immediately feel the wonderful lines that it creates
