5 Days in May - 140 Artists 3rd, 4th, 5th and 10th, 11th May 10.30am - 5.30pm During the first two weekends in May, including Bank holiday Monday,175 artists and craftspeople will be opening their studios for you to visit. All around our beautiful area extending from the City through the South Downs, and out to the sea, you will have the opportunity to see artists displaying and creating their work. There are painters, printmakers, potters, weavers, photographers, jewellers, sculptors, textile artists, stained-glass workers, waiting to welcome you into their studio space to show their work, and to answer any questions you may have about their techniques, their inspiration and processes.This is always a hugely enjoyable event for both artists and visitors. Oxmarket Trail Preview Exhibition 14th April - 27th April This 2 week exhibition, prior to the Chichester Art Trail, will be showing works of art from the 175 artists participating in the event.
