Christchurch Arts Guild have joined forces with the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum to launch a new art exhibition at their New Milton premises from 20th May until 4th June 2016. Housed in two marquees there will be up to 300 paintings on view from the talented artists of this progressive local club.

There will be a wide variety of work on display covering figurative, contemporary, abstract and modern genres and all realistically priced to appeal to discerning collectors visiting the venue.

Over recent years the Guild has gained an enviable reputation for the high standard of work produced by its members some of whom have had paintings accepted by top London galleries and also sold through the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy. Examples of such work can be seen at this show with the eclectic selection of pictures on view. Furthermore, during the event various artists will be “in residence” on occasions providing an on-site painting demonstration which may encourage ‘would be’ artists to act on a long self-promised intention to take up the brushes and maybe also join the Guild.

Car parking, art exhibition and various other attractions for the whole family are FREE to enjoy and there is a great Cafe for refreshments.   There is an entry fee to see the Sammy Miller Motor Museum. Opening times are 10am to 4pm.

With good disabled access the exhibition is timed to provide visitors with an extra boost to the already fulfilling experience of the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum at this time.
