The Cork Street Open Exhibition – Winter Show 2013 is now accepting submissions of paintings, sculpture, photography, drawings and illustration, computer and digital artwork, original prints and mixed media. Cash and Materials Prizes awarded in several different categories. Previously held annually, this prestigious exhibition will expanded to include both a Winter and Summer exhibition in 2013. The first exhibition for the year will take place from the 18-25 January 2013 in support of CRISIS, the national charity for single homeless people. The final selection of approximately 200 works is hung in salon style over an eight day period. Cash and materials prizes are awarded by the judges in a number of categories. The dates for the exhibition are 18-25 January 2013 There is a limit of six entries per artist. Over the years the judges have stated that they find it easier to choose work by artists they have seen several entries from, as opposed to single entries.
