BURY AND RAMSBOTTOM ARTWEEK Bury and Ramsbottom are establishing their inaugural Art Festival in 2010, raising much needed funds for Bury Hospice and we are on the look-out for artists! This promises to be an exciting event and artists from inside and outside the region are joining together to display and sell their work. The main Art Exhibition will be held in two impressive locations; Bury Art Gallery and the Fusiliers Museum on Moss Street, Bury with the fringe activites taking place in Ramsbottom. It costs £10 to register and all public submissions for the Gallery and Museum will be chosen by draw In Ramsbottom, we already have several businesses and organisations taking part, including Martin Henfield and Dave Crabtree in association with Bury Photographic Society, The East Lancs Railway, Summerseat Players, The Chocolate Cafe, Memories Antiques, The Hidden Jem, Foundations for Learning, Junior Originals, Cornucopia, Alternative Arrangements, Ruth Moilliet Sculptures, Grahams Interiors, The Grants Arms, The Royal British Legion and others, plus flower arranging demonstration, cake decorating demonstration, totem poles, facepainting, children's theatre activity events and more ...
