A Ph. D in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, USA with over 40 years of experience in the field of science and education,have not deterred the fact that I am an artist at heart. Art, as a medium of expression and communication, has always facinated me. Currently settled in Costa Rica after my retirement in 2005 I spend the major part of my time in pursuit of the same. In 2009 I had 3 solo curated painting exhibitions, one at the Centre for Art and Culture at Children's Museum in Costa Rica, another at Chitrakala Parishath School of Art, Bangalore, India and a 3rd at Durbar Hall Art Academy in Cochi, Kerala, Inda. At the moment I am preparing for another Exhibition at the North American Cultural Center in Costa Rica.
