Hello to you all - I am a practising artist living in Lincolnshire. I cannot remember a time when I didn`t paint and draw although the constraints of raising a family and having a full-time career cut down the time I could spend splashing the paint around. However when I retired was the time for `me` and I think I have used it well. For 23 years I lived in Cornwall with art and artists all around me. Wonderful land- and seascapes but fierce competition. Upon my remarriage nearly 4 years ago I moved to Lincolnshire and am still bowled over by the big skies and landscape. Perhaps it is being able to see for so far (without the constraint of those Cornish hedges) that I find so attractive. I look forward to writing a blog that is for and by artists and hope to get to know you in due course. Anne
