I'm off to art group this morning where i'm going to continue a painting I started last night, a seascape in oils from a DVD. As usual I've not got Quite the right colours...that always seems to happen :) so I'm trying to improvise. I don't usually paint from dvd's or books but they are usful occasionally to learn from. This one is more about how to put the tiny finishing touches to a work that transform it from a nice picture nto an super painting :) we'll see how i get on. Looking OK so far but not exactly like the demo!!
