Spring is trying to break through....glorious sun this morning. Dilema...... continue with my painting or get out into the garden and tidy up ! I received an e-mail this week with five !! files for the Rochemaure Biennale ; a list of titles to do, "Certificats d'Authenticité" to fill in and stick on the back of each painting.... Their web site is up dated so I was able to see who the other 26 artists are...... 8 from around the world and 19 from France. On the evening of the "Vernissage" there is to be a meal for everyone in the chateau afterwards. Let's hope a little wine will help me get rid of my nerves ! and be able to chat and enjoy myself. I've also signed on to talk about one of my paintings....it was that or a demonstration! What does one say about making a painting that is NOT a load of pretentious twadle ?......
