Hi Patsy. So sorry to hear about your course. You were so looking forward to it. I hope the other one is better. So few of us complain. Good for you. If enough people did it things like that wouldn't happen. I've been on a couple of courses like that and both of them had tutors with a real chip on their shoulders. "I'm a PROFESSIONAL I'm better". I had a real go at one of them for belittling a fellow amateur in the middle of a class. Luckily they are not all like that. The good ones, the REAL professionals, have time for learners and encourage them. I've been on some helpful ones lately where the tutors are good, selling artists aumenting their income. They have all brought me on apace. Hope your ginger is down now and have a good weekend. Sink a bottle of wine. I had some good news last night. My step-daughter has got vertigo. She caught the same virus as me. We literally bounce off each other! A problem shared...

Just to cheer you up. I saw Tina Turner last night and for a woman a few months shy of 70 she is amazing. She would be still amazing if she was 40! She put on a fantastic show. just over 3hrs. She wasn't on non-stop. She probably was off stage for about 45mins in that period, but she was leaping about like a goodun. She is unique and I was there on the last night of what was probably her last tour. Well worth the money. Jools Holland Band in a couple of weeks, Jimmy Carr the week after, Elkie Brooks next month. Rat Pack extravaganza in August. Busy Busy Busy!

Even for the Coeliac biopsy it was an absolute NIL by mouth...they were welcome to approach it by the backdoor if they so wished...I have a powerful gagging reflex...what about your foliate...ascorbic acid...cyanocobalamine...calcipherol...levels? If low so too will be your iron levels...it might also be worth a DEXA scan to check on bone mineral densities...
