About the series of the Halloween-witches, this was the theme a few years ago of a "Local-Artist-Exhibition" in Blankenberge (Belgium), where I live. It gave me the idea of a whole series of witch-paintings. For the drawing of their dresses and poses, I asked my husband to pose for some photos in his dressing-gown to see how the fabric reacts in different poses. So I made the drawing of their clothes from live-sketches and photos. People told me I should start a carriere in child-book-illustration..... But I don't know....
