If you've read my previous blogs Mothballed etc I am pleased to say that I have rekindled my love of watercolours albeit premature to say it will continue. I have however reworked a discarded picture of Wasswater which was in danger of heading for the recycled bin or used for testing colours on the reverse. I intend to also paint several pictures over the next few weeks from my extensive range of outdoor sketches backed up with digital images. On my radar are Venice (looking across the grand canal), The Cullin mountains from Elgol and a recent favourite, South east coastline of Maderia. If succesful I will post them on the gallery. Meanwhile I am posting a new gallery (Artofrob 2) of the above picture along with several watercolur sketches at a recent life drawing evening.
