Well here I am. Never had a blog before but as Lesley and William suggested it's a good place to tell you about a coming exhibition. I was sent an entry form via my website but when I looked at details about the 2010 Biennale in Rochemaure and saw who'd participated I thought "this is way out of my depth". My hubby and sister however said whoever sent the mail had obviously seen my work so give it a go! Which is what I did and am now one of 27 (can I call myself an artist?) artists to be selected from 67. I'm terrified! The Biennale de Rochemaure is from the 7th to 15th of July in the chateau of Joviac. On the right bank of the Rhone opposite Montelimar. I will have 8 paintings on show and must have a reserve to replace those sold!!! According to their article about the 2010 edition they get about 300 visitors per day . Amongst the artists chosen there is a Peruvian, a Spaniard and an American lady.
