AT LAST

PICTURE IS MY PAINTING OF LINDORS. I've just arrived home from my final evening class. I feel a little guilty as the students seemed, genuinely, sorry to see me go. Don't know what will be in place next term hope it's something they will enjoy. We'll see, they all promise to keep in touch, even the head of department. Came home clutching flowers and a gift which I mean to keep for Christmas when I will drink a toast to those lovely people after opening it. I still have my Friday morning group to keep me busy, we'll have a session when I will help and advise on their own chosen projects. I enjoy these sessions because they prove that their interests do vary. Got friends coming to dinner on Saturday evening and on Sunday Himself & I are heading off to our favourite haunt 'Lindors', in The Wye Valley for a few days, well earned break. Someone else will do the work and we'll relax by a log fire with a good book, take the occasional dip in the pool, breath of fresh air, exercise our cameras' & weather permitting, a sketch or two.
