Hi Val, Thanks for your comments, they're really appreciated. Yes I agree it is a lovely area but then again I would as I was born and have always lived in Yorkshire.

That's strange....I've just left a comment on your sketches about when will we see more of your watercolours. It must have been a really good feeling someone thought enough of your painting to contact you. I see you mentioned Ilkley, visited that area of Yorkshire many times as my brother lived in Otley then Pool in Wharfedale. Lovely area.

Ah the beauty of the digital age...record the sketch and the painting...tomorrows art historians will have it so easy...
