Ah still not a lot to go on...the stretcher's [those wooden bars] look fairly modern...50/60 years old...those staples around the edge look very fresh and hurried...the hooks, the string & the frame are also very recent? Those steps, with the blue edges? look a bit amateur as do the steps curving to the right...so its definitely one from a gifted amateur that perhaps holidayed in Italy or perhaps Spain...on perhaps an art group holiday... Sorry that's as fat as I can go...

What are those names & dates lower right? I suspect its pre 1950 Italian in subject matter Please add a photograph of the back too.
