Biography

HI I am a self taught artist working in oils. I took up painting years ago and have recently started painting again after a long break and find I am enjoying it so much. Very relaxing for taking time out of the rat race of life! I love painting seascapes and have been inspired particularly by Cornwall which I have recently revisited after many years and being a follower of Poldark doubled my love for this county. I also enjoy painting scenes of places I know locally and places I have visited. My favourite artist and original inspiration? Has to be Turner's dramatic paintings.
