Sally Bulgin

Biography

Sally Bulgin has a BA in painting and art history and an MA and PhD in art history. She was editor of The Artist magazine for nearly 40 years, until the end of March 2024, and is author of Oils Masterclass, Acrylics Masterclass and Light in Watercolour with Lucy Willis, published by HarperCollins, and Ken Howard A Personal View published by David & Charles.
