Biography

I am an Oil painter with a passion for wild life and nature. I have no formal artistic qualifications although spent much of my childhood drawing, l only really started painting in 2010 when I joined an inspiring Art group called Crossbarn art which has given me a lot more confidence to experiment and try new things I still attend on a weekly basis. I paint in oils as l love mixing colours and the way you can move them around and the different ways you can apply them. I exhibit and sell my work in several galleries and at exhibitions. I also run a weekly life drawing class which has become another passion and has really helped the way I see things and hopefully improved my work too! I am an active member of several art societies and love nothing more than seeing a painting come to life on the canvas!
