Teaching is a great way for me to share my passion and pass on the skills, methods and knowledge, which I have gained over the thirty plus years that I have been painting. In 2011, I gained a PTTLS qualification in teaching which really helped me identify structured learning which can benefit the student. I very much enjoy enthusing students in their inspiration to capture the world around them and their individual ideas and listening to their experiances and thougts on painting. Teaching Currently I teach Oil painting classes at the local college, Hills Road Sixth Form College and also provide workshops in partnership with the local art supplies store, Tindalls. One to One Tuition Personalised art tuition is a great way to help you gain skills more quickly, where the focus is soley on your improvement. Lessons can be as short as one hour and you can book as many as you like. Lessons can either take place in the comfort of your own home or I can hold the tuition at my studio space. If you feel your skills in drawing need sharpening, you would like to brush up on your watercolors or you would like to be more painterly with your oils, then drop me message, I'd like to help! My hourly rate is only £25.00 (If outside of Cambridge, travel costs have to be added to the hourly rate). Payment due on booking (payments can be made by bank transfer, paypal, cheque or cash).
