I thought the tips for outdoor painting in wind in my book "A Painter's Dozen" covered everything but I painted out on Southwold's Blackshore in a 45mph gale last week and learned a lot more ! I've never before painted in a wind that tried to push me sideways, and blew paint horizontally off the brush.
