The Writtle Art Group was formed in 1966. At present we have 30 Members and approx. 40 Associates. We are a group of amateur painters who meet on Monday mornings between 10am and noon. Although we have varied abilities and use a range of mediums between us, we all try to support and encourage each other. We hold 2 exhibitions each year, and have 3 or 4 demonstrations from professional artists too. Our aim is to improve our work in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere!
