Work by a Farnham artist is to be shown in Yorkshire this summer. The distinctive paintings of Susie Lidstone form part of the Summer Show at The Art Café in Whitby, which runs from May to August. “I arrived at The Art Cafe via a link from my friend Nicky Chubb who is also showing with them,” explains Susie. “From there I looked on both their facebook page and their website. I then emailed Judith who runs the Art Cafe and she emailed back that night to say that she would very much like to show my work. She said which work she liked together with a selection of my cards. It is quite a distance from Farnham but it does look a rather vibrant area for art and they do seem to sell well.”
