After its successful launch last year, Free Thinking 2015 will host over 30 talks across two weeks, all given by leading creative experts from a variety of backgrounds, including practicing artists, arts organisations and design agencies.

'Cass Art recognises that the art industry is competitive and ever-changing, and that it’s often as much about self-promotion as it is about talent,' says Mark Cass, CEO and Founder of Cass Art. 'Free Thinking offers an opportunity for students and graduates to network, but also to arm themselves with the knowledge they need to make those first vital steps into a creative career. We’re delighted to host it again this year, with a bigger and better schedule of speakers than ever before.' All the talks are free to attend, and will involve expert advice about breaking into the art industry, as well as offer time for visitors to ask any questions they might have.

Curated by Cass Art, the Free Thinking space will also host Try Me Tables scattered with art materials, so visitors can get hands-on and explore the latest innovations in the world of art supplies. Intrigued about the new forms of watercolour from world leading paint brand Winsor & Newton? Want to try the latest marker pens from Posca and Letraset? Or just take a creative minute or two for yourself? Then stop off at Free Thinking on your tour of the Free Range degree shows and experiment with all the samples on offer.

Free Thinking will also showcase artwork by the Cass Art Student Ambassadors, with an exhibition that celebrates the versatility of art materials.

Free Thinking will run from 26th June to 6th July, at Shop13 in The Old Truman Brewery, London. Opening times are from 10am to 7pm.
