Yes, lovely shadows. great sheen on the kimono. A difficult pose to get right I bet with the for-shortening of the body . Well done.

The kimono looks like silk - quite a job to pull that off in any medium, especially, I would have thought, pastel. For your next challenge: a lovely portrait of me, pink and steaming from the bath, partially wrapped in my old blue towelling dressing gown. It'll make your name, I promise!

Thanks for your wonderful comments everyone. Robert: Pink and steaming gets my vote I might have to play down the eroticism a bit. I've got family audiences to consider. I don't want fame at the expense of my good name.
