Have been trying to download some of my own images from my own gallery. The process begins quite happily then I get a message to say “ download failed “ . Anyone else found this and is there an answer ?

Never needed to, but thought I'd give it a try. Went into my art, opened image, right click on mouse, select 'save image'...done and dusted. BUT, I've got a desktop PC...if you are using an ipad I have no clue. But it appears that POL has done nothing to stop you downloading your own pics. This is probably no help.

I HAVE done this, when I couldn't find an image in my files, and it worked OK - I have Windows 10 and a desktop pc, if that helps. Haven't tried it lately, though. Will try again later just to see if it works, and let you know.
