Needles in haystacks both this painting and the H K one. Mostly the people who post here on the forum are amateur artists and we paint for our own pleasure,plus this is really a forum for discussion on making art.
Of course you might just hit lucky but it’s not very likely. The frames on both of them are comparatively newish. The HK painting you have an address... try googling it , you can maybe ask them yourself.
My suggestion is to take them to one of the art auction houses to get an opinion. They do not usually charge .
