I sometimes think mine should be anonymous but I take your point.

With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

Presumably they left that field blank when signing up. Most sites won't let you do that ... I didn't know that was an optional field.

Robert is right in that they have missed out some of the fields when registering. In most cases I can find them and fill in the details but not always ....
