Where they can be purchased - go to any art supplier's website, starting with Jacksons Arts perhaps, and you'll find flow formula acrylics and acrylic inks; also try Chromacolour International (co.uk, I think) which sell acrylic in pots, which I use quite a lot of - they can be thinned down with water without losing their structure and strength.
Otherwise, look for the words 'flow formula' (or of course 'inks') and you'll find plenty of acrylic brands with excellent flow potential.
