Watercolour? Might have been inclined to strengthen the shadow under the chin, and not have quite such a strong line of green against the shadowed side of the face, but otherwise, not really!

It all looks very flat and lacking in tonal range, probably a poor photo to start with but you have to adapt and improve on any photograph that you work from. Better still, work from life, it's so much more interesting.
