Biography
I am essentially self taught and have been painting for a number of years. I like painting landscapes. I live in Leeds in England My preferred mediums are pastel chalks, pastel pencils, and charcoal. I also like using watercolour. I have been influenced mainy by the Impressionists, Turner, Cezanne and Van Gogh. However I like works by Degas, John Singer Sargent, Bonington, Picassso, Dutch landscapists, Dufy and Redon, to name but a few! A favourite local watercolourist is the late Sam Chadwick , I own a few of his works. Maybe someone might buy mine?!!
