Biography

Ive have loved to draw since I was a child, I followed my love of drawing and art throughout school, doing a further 3 years study in art in which i gained a GNVQ and Btec National Diploma. This was covering a wide range of arts and techniques, from quick sketch, landscape, abstract, charcoal etc... all of which came to a halt in 1999 due to the lack of funds, being young and needing a job. In 2005 I picked up a pencil again to teach a friend some techniques, after which I started to doodle some of my animals. From there on friends and family have asked me to draw their pets from photos for them and in 2009 I started to draw people portraits. Every portrait is an improvement from the last, I love to see my artwork grow. One day I would like to experiment with oils :-) Most of my creative side was put on hold during 2011 to 2017 while I completed my First class Biomedical Science Hons Degree. But now its over I am free to be as creative as I possibly can :-) I would love to show my work in a gallery some day or win a competition. I love to see other artists work and techniques :-) feel free to follow me on facebook and instagram
