Here the latest picture of the studio conversion. It’s coming along very well! Getting the electrics sorted out and the actual heavy building work should be finished by this time next week. We are getting the wall tiles delivered on Monday, by which time we should be in a position to move in the rest of the units we have got for the “kitchen” area. Got to sort our shelving and the other storage areas, as well as designing and building the mobile “island”, which I hope will serve as a workbench (for framing and other hardware tasks) and also a workdesk for admin and for one person with a table easel on which to draw/paint. I am hoping that it might be used by a model for certain posing options, perhaps in a class or workshop context or even for placing subjects to draw when working solo or with a model. Things are really shaping up!
