Another art exhibition from the Happy Painters, which meet twice at Oldbury Library (Monday) and Smethwick Library (Thursday), both in the West Midlands. The House itself has recently been renovated with money from the Heritage Lottery Fund . There is a Park outside which has also received extensive work.
