
Winning Artists in the Painters-Online and VisitWoods Bluebell Painting Competition Announced

The recent painting competition where we invited artists to paint bluebells this spring in association with VisitWoods attracted over 100 entries. Choosing just ten winners from so many fantastic paintings was really difficult; you can see all of the entries by clicking here.
Each of the ten winning artists will receive a £20 voucher to spend at Painters'books.
The team from VisitWoods, an online woodland database of the UK’s woods which you are welcome to visit, led by The Woodland Trust, were a little anxious about judging as they are not artists. They do however know their woods extremely well and can appreciate a well captured woodland scene. So the VisitWoods top five paintings are as follows:
