Posted on 17 Aug 2012

There is still time for you to enter the three current Painters-Online painting competitions.

You will need to move fast (but not as fast as Bolt!) to enter the 'HeptARThlon'. Taking it's influence from Jessica Ennis and the heptathlon, we invite you to send in up to seven paintings in any or all of the seven categories and using up to seven different media. The closing date for this competition, in which you can enter any single painting or go for gold with seven, is September 1st. Click here for more details.

The 'Best of Britain' painting competition ends on September 30th. In this year of celebrations and sporting events, which have put the spotlight on our country, we invite you to send in your paintings for the chance to win a fantastic, limited edition 'Best of British' wooden art box from Derwent. Be inspired by our landscapes, seascapes, town and cities, people, history and more and send us your paintings. Click here for full details.

Paint in miniature, on Artist Trading Cards or any support 2.5 x 3.5in. for the chance to see your work published in Leisure Painter and The Artist magazines, and win art prizes from Daler Rowney. Send your miniature paintings by October 17th to enter. Click here for more details.
