Paint in Arles with Peter (Pete the Street) Brown

As well as the special quality of light in Provence that attracted Van Gogh and Gauguin to work in Arles, it has fine Roman Arena, it sits on the banks of the Rhone River and is a quintessential provincial French town perfect for capturing street scenes. In contrast, The Camargue is remote and a wild landscape.

Paint the medieval architecture in Assisi and Umbrian countryside with Hazel Soan

Assisi has a wealth of medieval and Renaissance architecture within its walled centre that makes it an excellent base for a painting holiday. Hazel Soan will be working with you every day helping you select appropriate subjects to paint.

Normandy is a haven for artists with some of France’s best kept secret and famous gardens including Monet’s at Giverny and ruined castles and turreted chateaux along the banks of the Seine River and towns with pretty half-timbered houses.
