Your paper really works with this treatment - may I ask what it was? It looks to have a stronger weave than Bockingford Rough. An effective painting - by the way, I suspect that this is a virtual frame, but when you do come to frame it I'd suggest a gentler shade for the mount than this harsh white: it's tending to outweigh your lightest white in the painting itself and pulls my ancient eyes out of the painting.

Hi Robert the paper is Bockingford Rough and yes you are right the frame is virtual thanks for your comment.
